Streicher-De Swardt was established in 1992 and currently consists of a husband-and-wife team, Marius and Jacoleen de Swardt. We have a staff complement of 15 people, consisting of 2 partners, associates, candidate attorneys and valued support staff.

Jacoleen de Swardt
With approximately thirty years of experience as an admitted Conveyancer, Jacoleen leads the Streicher-De Swardt team. She excels in conveyancing transactions, mediation between purchasers and sellers, and launching new developments. Her expertise also extends to the administration of deceased estates and drafting of wills, all delivered with compassion and dedication to service excellence. Jacoleen has acted as the head legal practitioner for various property development projects, both residential and commercial, and specialises in property and corporate law, as well as the Law of Succession. Her genuine compassion for people going through difficult times is apparent in her easy charm and respectful approach, making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.
Marius de Swardt
Marius has always been drawn to the structures, challenging complexity, and ever-evolving nature of law. However, what truly excites him is working closely with his clients and his team to find the perfect legal solutions. He finds satisfaction in his client’s success, allowing them to focus on their work, lives, and families. He provides his undivided attention to each client offering them tailor-made legal solutions.
